Milk & Honey Herbs is accepting applications for its 2026 “From the Roots Up” apprenticeship in bioregional herbalism. The nine-month program runs from March through November 2026, with monthly classes held on Sundays or Mondays in the Amherst/Northampton area.
The Year I program focuses on folk medicine-making, sustainable wildcrafting, plant identification, and building a home apothecary. A Year II program is available for graduates or those with prior herbal experience. Class size is limited.
