The program provides loans to help Massachusetts residents pay for postsecondary education at accredited U.S. institutions.
Eligible students can apply for one $3,000 loan per academic year, with a maximum of four loans ($12,000 total) for their undergraduate, graduate, or postsecondary studies. The program awards approximately $600,000 in loans annually.
