A nature writing workshop, “Welcome Fall: Nature Writing for the Changing Seasons,” will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at The Mill District General Store (91 Cowls Rd, North Amherst). The workshop includes a guided nature walk around Puffer’s Pond and writing time indoors.
The session is led by local writer and educator Olivia Piper, owner of Courtney’s Bookshop. Participants should bring a notebook and pen and dress for the weather. The workshop fee is on a sliding scale of $35-$60.
