The Universal Access Program (UAP) offers adaptive cycling sessions on Fridays through August 22 at the Norwottuck Rail Trail (12 Railroad Street, Hadley). Partnering with All Out Adventures, the program provides specialized cycles (recumbent trikes, handcycles, tandems) and instruction for riders of all abilities. Sessions run 10 AM–3 PM with one-hour slots available. Cost is $5–$20 (sliding scale).
