The Town of South Hadley and the Friends of the South Hadley Seniors invite residents to join group walks at Buttery Brook Park during Active Aging Week, October 6–10, 2025. Walks begin daily at 10 AM, meeting at the log cabin (weather permitting). Benches are located throughout the trails for rest. Coffee and conversation follow each walk.
Schedule and activities:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Walk the new accessible trail (easy, flat surface)
- Tuesday, Thursday: Option to walk the accessible trail or the disc golf trail (moderate, uneven surface)
