The Shutesbury Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is holding its annual back-to-school fundraiser through September 30, 2025. The PTO has already raised over $3,000 and is working toward its $5,000 goal to fund student programs for the year.
Funds support field trips, visiting artists, science programs such as the Planetarium, cultural performances, PE equipment, and teacher allocations for classroom supplies. Last year, the PTO funded events including Bomba de Aqui, the Musical Petting Zoo, and Stars Above Planetarium, in addition to buses, literacy events, and garden projects.
