A peer support group for individuals caring for aging parents will meet biweekly on Mondays from February 2 through April 13, 2026. Sessions will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in downtown Amherst. The group is facilitated by a trained peer facilitator and provides a confidential space to share experiences and challenges.
