25th Anniversary – Honoring Lives Lost at North Fire Station
The Amherst Fire Department hosts a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 9:45 AM at the North Fire Station, 603 East Pleasant Street, Amherst. The ceremony marks the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks and honors all who sacrificed their lives while helping others. All are welcome. Parking is available in marked spaces on the side of the building or in the gravel/grass area behind the station.
