The Town of Amherst, in partnership with the Fort River Watershed Association, will host a community meeting on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Town Room (2nd Floor) at Amherst Town Hall, 4 Boltwood Avenue. The meeting will focus on identifying problematic culverts and road washouts to improve flood resilience, aquatic habitat connectivity, and inform a townwide culvert prioritization plan. Residents are invited to share their experiences with local flooding. Dinner will be served.
