The Town of Amherst will host a presentation and open house on the updated Downtown Design Standards on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The event will be held in the Social Hall of the Unitarian Universalist Society at 121 North Pleasant Street. A presentation will cover the draft standards for public streetscapes and new private developments, followed by an open house where attendees can provide direct feedback to project consultants and town staff. Written feedback is also being accepted through July 1, 2026.
