The Town of Belchertown is accepting proposals for the purchase of two town-owned parcels at 6 Berkshire Avenue and 8 Berkshire Avenue. Each property is just over one acre and includes existing buildings. Proposals may be submitted for one or both parcels. Permitted uses include offices, retail, light industrial, research & development, assisted living, education, recreation, and tourism; other uses will be considered. The properties were originally conveyed with an economic development plan.
