The Town of Amherst has completed a draft Hazard Mitigation Plan to protect residents and property from natural hazards including flooding, strong storms, and wildfires. A public meeting will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Town Room at Town Hall (4 Boltwood Ave) and online via Zoom. Residents, businesses, and community members are invited to learn about the draft plan and provide feedback for the final plan.
