Christine Copeland Explores Scale Through Nature-Inspired Art
The Hitchcock Center for the Environment presents “Large Paintings of a Small World, Small Paintings of a Large World,” an art exhibit by Christine Copeland running from February 12 to May 29, 2026, at 845 West Street, Amherst. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The exhibit explores scale—from large paintings of tiny life forms (hummingbird moths, bees, tadpoles) to small paintings that evoke immense spaces through imagination.
