Free Hands-On Event – Climb Inside Fire Trucks, Police Cars, Ambulances & More
Big Rig Day returns to Buttery Brook Park on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Kids and adults can climb inside big rigs, meet the people who operate them, check out fire trucks, police vehicles, ambulances, utility trucks, and ride the aerial ladder on the fire truck. Free and open to all. Co-sponsored by SHELD, Fiberspring, Friends of Buttery Brook, All Star Dairy, and South Hadley Recreation Department.
