The Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce hosts a Lunch & Learn workshop on Monday, September 14, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at UMass Downtown, 108 North Pleasant Street, Amherst. Facilitated by Jennifer Faulkner of Innovate Culture Lab (15+ years of people leadership experience), the session offers practical tips for making 1:1 interactions more effective. Attendees will learn when to lead and when to coach to build capability instead of dependency. Space is limited. Free for Chamber members; $25 for future members.
