The Amherst Local Historic District Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on Monday, March 24, at 3:00 PM to review an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for 21 Sunset Avenue.
The proposal includes:
- Replacing the metal porch roof and installing PV panels.
- Replacing the slate roof with asphalt shingles or standing seam metal.
- Removing two unused brick chimneys.
