The Town of Belchertown seeks a full-time Administrative Secretary to support the Select Board/Town Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and licenses
- Maintain town calendars and website
- Assist with Town Meeting preparations
Requirements:
- High school diploma (Associate’s degree preferred)
- 2-3 years office experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools
- Strong communication skills
Details:
- Pay: $25.03-$31.94/hour (Grade 5)
- Hours: 40/week
- Open until filled
