More about Qigong

Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is a centuries-old practice rooted in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy. At its core, it combines gentle movement, controlled breathing, and mental focus to cultivate and balance the body’s energy, or qi (pronounced “chee”). Unlike high-impact workouts, Qigong is low-impact and adaptable, making it accessible for people of all ages and fitness levels.

If you’re looking to ease stress, move more freely, support your body’s healing, or just take a break from the rush of daily life, Qigong offers a gentle way to reconnect with yourself. The movements can be done standing or sitting, and just a few minutes a day can help you feel more balanced and calm.
