Chair Yoga with Lara will take place on Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM at the Bangs Community Center, located at 70 Boltwood Walk, Amherst, MA 01002. This session offers gentle stretching, strengthening, and relaxation. Participants can use a chair or bring their own mat.
A suggested donation of $10 is encouraged.
