Puffer’s Pond is closed to swimming until further notice due to high E. coli bacteria levels, as detected in routine water quality testing. The Amherst Department of Public Health monitors conditions weekly and will reopen the pond when levels are safe.

- Other Activities: Non-swimming recreation (e.g., picnicking, fishing) remains permitted
