Amber Martin has been unanimously appointed as Amherst’s Town Clerk, following her service as Assistant Town Clerk since 2021 and recent role as Temporary Clerk. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and certifications including Certified Municipal Clerk, Martin brings expertise in elections, public records, and civic engagement.
