The Massachusetts Center for the Book invites students in grades 4–12 to participate in Letters About Literature, a reflective writing contest. Students write a personal letter to an author explaining how a book changed their perspective.
- Prizes: $200 (1st), $150 (2nd), $100 (3rd) per grade level (4–6, 7–8, 9–12)
- Submission Period: October 1, 2025 – January 15, 2026
- Awards Ceremony: Late spring 2026 (in-person or virtual)
