The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office will host a free online presentation, Safe & Sound: Scam Awareness for Seniors, on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 4:00 PM via Zoom.
The program will cover how to recognize and avoid common scams, understand how scammers operate, and what steps to take if you think you’ve been scammed. Participants will also learn about resources such as the AGO’s Elder Hotline.
The session will be facilitated by Barbara Kessler, Coordinator for the Community Engagement Division in the Central MA Region at the AGO. Amherst Neighbors and the Town of Amherst Senior Center are co-sponsors.
