The Belchertown Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a Head Coach for the Stingrays recreational swim team. The Fall Swim Season runs from October 2025 through February 2026. Practices are held Monday through Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
Applicants must hold valid lifeguard and first aid/CPR certifications, pass a CORI check, and have reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include competitive swimming experience, coaching background, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with children ages 5–16. Candidates with WSI certifications and three or more years of coaching experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
