Residents using the Healthy Incentives Program (HIP) through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) can continue to access benefits in November 2025, even if regular SNAP benefits are not sent. To use HIP, you must maintain a positive balance on your SNAP Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) account — as low as $0.01 is sufficient. This ensures uninterrupted access to the state-funded program supporting healthy food purchases.
