A sound meditation session will take place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 4:30 PM to 5:45 PM at the Sirius Community Center in Shutesbury. The session features gongs, crystal bowls, and other resonant instruments. Participants who prefer to lie down may bring a mat or blanket for comfort. All are welcome, and a suggested donation of $20 is requested.
