The Town of Amherst is accepting capital project requests from residents through Monday, January 5, 2026, until 4:30 pm. This process allows residents to propose small capital projects the Town should consider prioritizing.
To be eligible, requests must benefit the public, be located within the Town of Amherst, cost $50,000 or less, and qualify as a capital project. Examples include speed mitigation on town streets, facility or infrastructure improvements, and new equipment that would benefit the town.
