Winter youth swim lessons for ages 0 to 18 will be held at the Amherst Regional Middle School pool from December 13, 2025, through March 21, 2026. The program, taught by Red Cross-certified instructors, offers small-group lessons for all skill levels, from beginner to stroke refinement.
