The Amherst Business Improvement District (BID) is hiring a part-time Arts & Events Coordinator ($20/hour, 20 hrs/week) to support beloved community events like:
- Celebrate Amherst Block Party
- Downtown in December
- Summer Concert Series
- Monthly Arts Nights
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about arts, culture, and community-building
- Experience in event planning or arts administration (preferred)
- Able to assist with event logistics, marketing, and stakeholder engagement
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting 25+ lbs) and flexible hours (some evenings/weekends)
