A free four-part webinar series on livestock carcass performance, presented by the 2026 Tri-State SARE Project, will be held on February 18, March 10, April 2, and April 14, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Topics include animal physiology, forage composition, and nutritional impacts on carcass quality and meat performance. The series is open to farmers and service providers; attendance at all sessions is encouraged but not required.
