Writing Residency at Jack Kerouac’s Orlando House

The Kerouac Project of Orlando is accepting applications for a seven-week writing residency in the house where Jack Kerouac wrote The Dharma Bums. The residency provides the house to the writer, a $600 grocery stipend, and paid utilities. It is open to writers of fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, plays, and screenplays. Six residencies are offered per year.
