Join Committee Advising on Design & Construction of New DPW Facility
Town Manager Paul Bockelman is seeking one resident to join the Department of Public Works Building Committee, a temporary committee responsible for advising the Town on the design and construction of a new DPW building at 586 South Pleasant Street. The committee meets during business hours and has been active for several months, currently in the interview phase of selecting a designer/architect. Service is expected to last 5-7 years.
Ideal Candidates Have Expertise in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Finance
Resident members should have background or expertise in architecture, civil engineering, construction, facilities management, planning, energy-efficient public architecture, or finance/procurement. Applications will be reviewed beginning July 6, 2026.
