Belchertown will celebrate Earth Day on Saturday, May 2, 2026 (rain or shine) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Registration begins at 9:30 AM at the Town Common parking lot, 25 Park Street. Volunteers can collect trash bags at registration and drop off trash and redeemable cans/bottles at the same location. The first 100 volunteers returning a full bag of trash will receive a free tree seedling. Light refreshments will be provided. Local organizations including the Conservation Commission, Friends of Lake Wallace, and BOAT will be present.
