The Town of Amherst is now accepting applications for FY26 downtown parking permits, valid from September 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. Permits are available to residents and employees in downtown Amherst for designated permit-only zones.
Required Documents:
- Valid driver’s license
- Vehicle registration
- Proof of residency or employment downtown
Key Details:
- Permits are not valid at meters or in paid lots without additional payment
- Permits must be displayed in vehicles parked in signed permit zones
