Join the Friends of Lake Wallace for an Earth Day Trail Tidy on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Volunteers will meet in the parking area by the Skatepark/Tadgell Building to help clear, maintain, and ensure accessibility of the Lake Wallace Sensory Trail. Equipment and supplies will be provided, though participants are welcome to bring light yard tools such as gloves, clippers, rakes, trowels, or shovels. Dress for the weather and bring water and tick protection. The event is for all ages and will proceed drizzle or shine; cancellation will be announced for heavy rain, snow, or sleet.
