Learn About the Study, Ask Questions & Hear Updates from Town Staff
The Town of Amherst hosts a virtual information session on the Hampshire Campus Zoning Study on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The session includes a presentation and Q&A with Town officials and consultants. This is the first of several community engagement opportunities through Fall 2026. The study gathers information on developable areas, infrastructure capacity, housing market demands, and economic development opportunities. Hampshire College owns the land and will make its own decisions about the property’s future.
