The Jones Library (43 Amity St) will close for renovation on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, with Special Collections closing earlier on May 10. This summer, a temporary library will open at 101 University Drive (next to the Post Office), offering:
- Full services, including extended book checkouts
- Free parking and bus access (Routes 33 & B43)
- ADA accessibility
Key Notes:
- Branch libraries (North Amherst & Munson) remain open.
- Expect a gap between closure and temporary opening (timeline TBD).
- All Jones materials unavailable until reopening (use other CWMARS libraries)
- Check out extra books before May 14 (Due dates extended to July 31).
