New chip/tap EBT cards are being mailed automatically to Massachusetts recipients over the coming weeks. You do not need to take any action to receive your card. Activate it right away by making a purchase or calling 1-800-997-2555 to set a new PIN. A notice and text will be sent close to your card’s arrival. Ensure your mailing address is current.
