Residents and road users are advised that the Belchertown Department of Public Works will be conducting roadway surfacing and milling work on several roads during the week of June 17–20, 2025.
Work will take place between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM each day.

Monday, June 17 & Tuesday, June 18
– Roadway Surfacing (Rubber Stone Seal)
- Autumn Lane (full length)
- Alden Avenue (full length)
- Carol Ann Drive (full length)
- Orchard Road (full length)
Wednesday, June 19 & Thursday, June 20
– Milling
- South Main St./North Washington St. (from Route 181 to Jabish Brook School)
- North Washington St. (from rail underpass to Cedar Glen Drive)
- Pepper Ridge (full length)
- Cheryl Circle (full length)
- Federal St. (from Cheryl Circle to Goodell St.)
Details
Roads will be closed to through traffic during the work.
Emergency vehicles and residents will have access at all times.
All work is weather-dependent.
