Amherst Recreation and RISE will host a free 8-week youth leadership program for students in grades 7–10. Sessions run Saturdays, 9–11 a.m., Sept 27–Nov 15, 2025, at Amherst Regional Middle School Gym. The program includes discussions on leadership, diversity, and community engagement with Amherst Police officers and facilitator Maria Vega. Snacks will be provided.
