The Amherst Survival Center will host Sewing & Mending sessions on Thursday, January 15, 2026 and Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 1–3 PM at 138 Sunderland Road, Amherst. Kristin and Laura will provide help with clothing repairs and mending, and can also teach basic sewing skills. This may be useful for people who need clothes repaired and cannot make it to a tailor.
Amherst Survival Center provides food and support services to area residents.
