Wildwood Cemetery in Amherst will host a series of free spring events (donations welcome). The schedule includes:
- Sunday, March 22, 3:00-4:00 PM: Spring Equinox Sing, Sit or Stroll with mint tea and wildflower seeds.
- Sunday, April 26, 3:00-4:00 PM: Arbor Day walk “Tree Selections for a Changing Climate” with arborist Dan Ziomek.
- Sunday, May 3, 3:00-4:15 PM: Death Cafe – conversation about death with tea and cake. RSVP required; limited to 12 participants (currently full; waiting list available).
- Saturday, June 20, 4:00-5:00 PM: Summer Solstice dedication of the Wildwood Amherst Poets’ Memorial Amphitheater (details forthcoming).
