5th Annual Race & Free Family Activities
Aaron’s Pinewood Derby Race and Family Fun Day will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (rain or shine) on the Belchertown Common, 31 Main Street. Families can make pinewood derby cars ahead of time or borrow one for the day to race for trophies in different age categories. Free activities include face painting, henna tattoos, balloon animals, a magician, bounce house, popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, and yard games.
Food Trucks, Raffle & Suicide Awareness Fundraiser
The Ice Cream Emergency truck will be on site from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM for donations, and the Belchertown Lion’s Club will sell food. A huge raffle with two levels of ticket prices and prizes will be held. All proceeds support suicide education and prevention. Teen suicide is the second leading cause of death for youth ages 10-24. Free admission; optional purchases available.
