Free Nature Walks for Ages 0-5 with Hitchcock Center
The Hitchcock Center for the Environment offers Little Bear Nature Walks for children ages 0-5 and their caregivers. Led by a preschool educator, each 75-minute walk includes investigation of plants and animals, exploration of natural materials, and a trail-side storytime. Upcoming walks (all at 10:00 AM):

- Monday, June 8: Sweet Alice Conservation Area – Theme: Ponds
- Friday, June 12, 2026: Hickory Ridge Conservation Area – Theme: Crows
- Saturday, June 13: Hitchcock Center for the Environment – Theme: Hawks
- Wednesday, June 17: Robert Frost Trail – Theme: Pillbugs
