Herrell’s Ice Cream is accepting submissions for its single-flavor ice cream idea contest through Saturday, February 28, 2026. Participants may submit their original flavor concept in person at either the Amherst location (83 Cowls Road, Mill District) or the Northampton location (8 Old South Street, Thornes Marketplace). The winner will receive a pint of their flavor, a quart of hot fudge, a T-shirt, and bragging rights. Submissions become the property of Herrell’s.
