The South Hadley Council on Aging hosts the Better Breathers Club, a free support group for individuals living with chronic lung disease (COPD, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer). Led by an American Lung Association-trained facilitator, the group meets on the second Tuesday of each month from March through May 2026 (March 10, April 14, May 12). Topics include coping with lung disease, nutrition, and medications.
