A monthly Dementia Caregiver Support Group will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. The session will take place at the South Hadley Council on Aging at 45 Dayton Street. Led by UMass Amherst nursing faculty Heidi Zahra and Sheila Pennell, the group provides information on behavior changes, care strategies, self-care, and local resources. One-on-one support is available by appointment.
