Foraging Walks – Botanical ID, Ethical Harvest & Wild Food Preparation
Local herbalist, arborist, and avid forager Alex Klein leads the Edible Plant Series on three Sundays: June 14 (past), August 9, and September 20, 2026. Sessions run 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (locations TBD). Learn botanical identification, ethical harvest practices, safety, and processing wild plants into gourmet food. Sliding scale: $60-$90 for all three sessions, or $25-$40 per single class. Registration is required.
