Clapp Memorial Library will offer an eight-week introductory course on Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Reduction, meeting Thursdays from March 12 through April 30, 2026, 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM. The course teaches skills for being fully present, decreasing stress, and improving well-being. Each session builds on the previous one; participants are asked to register only if they can attend all sessions.
