The second installment of real estate tax for all Amherst parcels is due Monday, February 2, 2026. Property owners can view their current balance due through the town’s secure online payment portal. Payments made for the 2025 calendar year are also visible in the portal’s payment history section.
Payments can be made online, via the drop box on the Main Street side of Town Hall (4 Boltwood Ave), by mail, or in person. For account questions or payment assistance, contact the Treasurer/Collector’s office at 413-259-3020.
